Michael Leafer

Michael Leafer has founded two successful companies during his career as an entrepreneur. The first company, MHL Protection Systems, Inc., became the provider of choice for many New Englanders who needed high-quality home security and auto security systems. Michael Leafer not only installed but invented or redesigned numerous electronic products, such as Pure Air (a vehicle air clearning system) and Keytronics (a five-button car alarm) for his clients. Michael's clientele ranged from everyday homeowners to political leaders, company executives, and movie stars.Now Michael Leafer focuses on Leaf Management, his corporation which has managed and funded dozens of residential rehab projects. Michael originally began purchasing and renovating properties in his spare time; he soon realized that he wanted to pursue his passion full-time. He provides short-term funding or lending to house flippers, sometimes matching their financial needs 100% (however, it is dependent on each situation).Michael has purchased twenty properties throughout Brockton, Foxboro, and other locations in Massachusetts through Leaf Management. He also shows and rents apartments.
